Matt, aka ‘Stretch’, is a Sport Rehabilitator and Trainer with over 30 years of experience working in the sport and exercise industry.

Matt practices from his studio in Hove and also works with a number of sports teams and 1-1 with athletes and non-athletes, offering Personal Training, Strength and Conditioning, Injury Prevention, Massage, Therapy and Rehabilitation. 

Matt worked for 10 years at Brighton & Hove Albion FC, as Head of Strength and Conditioning.  Matt is a co-founder of ‘FitterBetterGolf’ a golf specific training platform and works with local golf professionals to improve player fitness and overall game.

    Massage

    Consultation and physical assessment followed by sports, deep tissue and remedial massage techniques to relax, relieve and repair. Choose from targeted body areas or create a bespoke package of body areas to suit your personal needs.

  • Therapy & Rehabilitation

    Consultation and physical assessment to identify an appropriate diagnosis. Therapeutic and exercise based interventions to manage acute and chronic pain, assist recovery, correct imbalances, prevent injury and restore function.

  • Training

    Consultation and physical assessment to identify training goals, previous exercise levels and injury history. Followed by bespoke 1-1 exercise programmes delivered via home visits, outdoor training, online or at the stretch fitness studio.

  • Sports Specific

    Consultation and sports specific movement screening, followed by corrective programming and 1-1 training, to help prevent injury and enhance performance.
