Acceptance of Terms
By using our online booking system and engaging in our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.
Booking and Payments
Booking Process:
All bookings must be made through our online platform.
Bookings are subject to availability.
Payments:
Payment must be made in full upon completion of the scheduled session.
A 50% deposit must be paid at the time of booking
We accept all major debit and credit cards
Cash payment is not accepted
Cancellations and Rescheduling:
Please give as much notice as possible for any cancellations
Cancellations and rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before a scheduled session.
Late cancellations and rescheduling will result in a loss of the 50% deposit
Cancellations outside this will be fully refunded within five working days
All cancellations and rescheduling of sessions must be made through the online booking platform
Third-party payment processing through Squareup.com
We utilise the third-party payment processor, Square, to facilitate the payment for scheduling and management of sessions. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that your personal information, including but not limited to your name, contact details, and payment information, may be shared with and processed by Square.
As our third-party payment processor, Square has its own privacy policy and terms of use. We encourage you to review Square's policies to understand how they collect, use, and protect your payment information. We are not responsible for Square's data handling practices. We take reasonable measures to ensure the security of your payment information. However, processing payments through Square is subject to Square's terms and conditions. We do not store your credit/debit card or other financial information.
By using our services and engaging in the booking process, you expressly consent to transferring and processing your payment information by Square to complete transactions.
Any issues, disputes, or concerns related to payment processing through Square should be addressed directly with Square by their policies.
Sessions
Health and Safety:
You confirm that you are in good health and can participate in the scheduled session.
Before the session, you must Inform us of any health concerns or medical conditions.
Punctuality:
Please arrive on time for each scheduled session.
Attire and Equipment:
Wear appropriate clothing and bring any necessary personal equipment.
Liability and Waiver
Assumption of Risk:
Engaging in physical activity involves inherent risks, and you accept full responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur during or as a result of the sessions.
Release of Liability:
Stretch Fitness are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during or after the sessions.
Stretch Fitness is registered as a member of the British Association of Sport Rehabilitators, providing malpractice and public liability insurance. Copies of up-to-date insurance policies are available upon request.

Privacy:

Social Media:
You consent to use photographs or videos taken during training sessions for promotional purposes unless otherwise specified in writing.
